"Questionable" material is defined as material that contains a sexual theme, deals with a socially taboo topic, or in any way offends some portion of the Earth's population. My personal hope is that the Supreme Court will one day wake up and realize that we do have a Constitution and a First Amendment. Following this realization, they will overturn the Communications Decency Act. Until then, this disclaimer stays up.
