There are two things that could have brought you here.

          1.  You have stumbled upon this page by accident. In that case, I invite you to vist my homepage.

          2.  You have come seeking answers to your questions. In that case, I invite you to stay, read, and hopefully find the answers you're looking for.

Assuming you took the second option and are still here, and assuming you've read my homepage, Francine's homepage, Jacqueline's homepage, and the ThiefSystems information page, (Note:  If you haven't read those pages, I suggest you read them before you read this page, as my explinations here assume you've already read them.) the first question you propably want answered is:

Who's the guy who thought up all this stuff?

Relax, that question is easily answered. I'm Frank Mitchell. In terms of who I am (with regards to my personality, likes, dislikes, thoughts, reflections, beliefs, moods, actions, viewpoints, etc.) I'm a furry, senior high school student who put these web pages up just for the fun of it. (Kind of a jump on the bandwagon thing.) I'm an open minded guy who'll try anything twice, and most things three times if money's involved. I like to read, write, and draw fantasy, sci-fi, and techno thrillers, especially if they deal with anthropomorphism. (Anthropomorphism, by the way for those who don't know, refers to anything where an animal is given human characteristics.) I like pop music, the computer game Thief: The Dark Projcet, and cute girls. Links to all this and more can be found on my links page.

Okay, a more insiteful explaination of me can probably be found in the essay I wrote for the National Merrit Scholarship Semifinals.

That's about it for me, and if you want to say "Hi" I can be reached at [email protected]. I check my mail daily and reply to everything I get. Note: Don't be surprised if the reply you get lists Francine Mitchrey as the sender. We share the same email address.

Hopefully that answered some of your questions about who I am. With that, I'm assuming your next question is:

Who are Francine and Jacqueline?

Francine Mitchrey and Jacqueline Kathsimine, are characters created from my own immagination. Any resemblance to persons real or immaginary that you may have come into contact with over the course of you life is entirely coincidental, in most cases. The same applies for Maddeline Taylor, Edward "Tiffany" Hopson, Professor Hewlets, and the various other people Jackie and Francis interact with.
Francine originally started out as a character for a Thief fanfic I was writing. From there she developed into an expression of my feminine side, and finally into an online persona. The rest of the characters in Francine and Jacqueline's stories either developed from early sketches of characters in that Thief fanfic, or are based on people I know.

Now that you know Jackie and Francis don't exist, you're probably wondering:

What about ThiefSystems Inc.?

ThiefSystems Inc. is another figment of my immagination. The various references to things such as morphjuice, Holographic Drivers, the Rosepetal Trials, and other things of that nature, are fictional too. In fact, except for the part about me, this entire website is one large work of fiction.

What's this Thief: The Dark Project thing you keep mentioning?

Thief: The Dark Project (TDP for those of you who like acronyms or Thief 1 for those of you who want to differentiate between Thief 1 and 2) is a computer game, and in my humble opinion, it's one of the best computer games ever invented. It's a "first-person-sneaker" where you play the role of Garrett, a thief. You're required to sneak, steal, and blackjack your way through 14 levels of increasing difficulty. (And believe me, when you play the whole game through on Expert, it gets pretty hard.) Thief Gold (TG) is Eidos' rerelease of the original Thief, and it contains three new levels as well as being patched and having the sounds and music redone. If you plan on buying Thief, buy Thief Gold. (Note: Thief Platnium (TP) is a spin off of Thief: The Dark Project without the three new levels of Thief Gold, and is there for not worth the purchase.) Thief 2: The Metal Age (TMA) is the sequel to Thief 1 or Thief Gold , and it's just as good as the first and well work the purchase. More information about all things Thief can be found at Thief - The Circle of Stone and Shadow. Eidos and Looking Glass Studios, are the two companies who produced Thief 1 and 2. Thief 3 is being produced by ION Storm.

What's with the Goth look?

By "Goth look" I hope your refering to the look of these webpages, and not my style of dress. Black, white, and gray seemed most appropriate for a webpage who's major content was thiefy type stuff. Besides, it cuts down on bandwidth and people with monochrome monitors can still read these pages. Ok, it's not all "Goth". The Cat's Pad is done in pinks and purples, and The Raccoon's Tree Fort is done in all sorts of nifty color combinations.

You have to many links on your pages.

     So sue me.

With that, I hope your questions have been answered. If you have any other questions, feel free to email Frank or Francine at [email protected] or Jacqueline at [email protected].
